About Caitlyn
Every woman deserves to feel empowered, understood and confident in the direction of their health.
I created Insync because I believe women deserve better.
Every woman deserves to feel heard, understood and confident in the direction of her health.
I've always believed in the body's incredible ability to heal when it's given the right support.
That belief, combined with my own experience navigating weight and PMOS, led me to pursue naturopathy and dedicate my career to helping other women better understand their bodies.
Today, my passion lies in supporting women who have spent too long feeling dismissed, overwhelmed or unsure where to turn next.
My goal isn't simply to recommend supplements or interpret blood tests—it's to provide clarity, education and a personalised plan so every woman leaves feeling empowered, hopeful and confident in her next steps.

Hi, I'm Caitlyn.
I'm a Clinical Naturopath with a passion for helping women reconnect with their health through evidence-informed naturopathic care.
Whether someone is navigating hormone imbalances, preparing for pregnancy, recovering after years of feeling unheard, or simply wanting to understand their body better, my goal is always the same—to create a space where they feel safe, supported and genuinely listened to.
I believe good healthcare should leave you feeling clearer than when you arrived. Every consultation is designed to give you answers, practical steps and confidence in your next chapter.

The name Insync came from a simple belief.
When the body is in sync, it has an incredible ability to function as it was designed to—adapting, healing and maintaining balance.
Our bodies are constantly working to keep us in a state of homeostasis, but stress, nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, inflammation and modern lifestyles can disrupt that delicate balance.
Rather than simply masking symptoms, my goal is to understand why your body has fallen out of sync and support it back towards health through evidence-informed naturopathic care.

Outside the clinic you'll usually find me:
Strength training or walking by the ocean.
Exploring nature with a coffee in hand.
Reading the latest research in women's health.
Planning my next travel adventure.
Photographing quiet moments on film.
Cooking nourishing meals to share with family and friends.
-
Women often tell me they leave their consultation feeling lighter.
Not because every answer has been found in one appointment.
But because they finally understand their body in a way that makes sense.
My hope is that every woman leaves feeling:
✓ Heard
✓ Educated
✓ Empowered
✓ Hopeful
✓ Confident in her next steps
